Assalaamu 'Alaikum

There is a Sunni Muslim. He is a money lender by profession and this person is a current resident of India. He lends money at some fixed rates of interest per month to people. Initially he took interest from Muslims as well, but he repented, and now only lends it to non-Muslims. To Muslims, he now lends money without taking any interest.

If this person gives Zakat, will it be considered valid?

I also heard that Money lenders who lend money on interest, their Qurbani is not considered valid nor is their Hajj (when done with this money). And his Sadaqah too does not benefit him.

Now this person only takes interest from non-Muslims (of India), and not from Muslims. Will his Qurbani and Hajj (done with this money) be valid?

PS :- I would like brother abu Hasan to please give his views on this matter
