Shaykh Asrar is Pir Saqib Student?

Asalam alaykum

I have just seen a photo of Shaykh Asrar, Yaseen and few others in their dastarbandi

It says they are graduates of Pir Saqib Shaami institute and he taught them

Is this true? if so pir saab has done a great job producing shaykh asrar
 
I heard something similar a while ago from a fan of Mawlana Saqib.
He said that Shaykh Asrar is student of Pir Saqib.
I showed him the profile of Shaykh Asrar on seekerspath and that
it doesn't say anything about Mawlana Saqib.
He replied that Shaykh Asrar has studied one text of Aqeedah with
Mawlana Saqib.
 
He's not a student of pir Saqib. In that pic he's 16 and definitely did not graduate at that time. That caption was placed at the bottom but at that time he hadn't studied much at all. He's not done a single text with him but they did do Dawate Islami work together. They both studied under Mawlana rasul bakhsh saeedi.

So why does that picture say he is a student?

By the way what is your on opinion on Arshad Misbahi saab?
 
Because Yaseen and a few others finished Ajrumiya.

Saqib invited a few Maulwis to say they finished a few books.

Asrar happened to be there and was pictured. It was claimed he had studied as well.

Later on the picture was published in a book with that caption. But Pir Saqib will confirm what I have just told you.
 
hehe...if anything, it is more believable that saqib iqbal sb studied under asrar rasheed sb, not the other way around unless you are joking :)

But what is your opinion of your brother sitting with wahabis and sulla kullis?

Then I would assume that he is the student of Pir Saqib Shaami and Pir saab should be commended on producing such an excellent student, that's all.

Why arent you answering my question? Haq is bigger than families Aqdas
why cant you just your brother was wrong and is a sulla kulli? if we can say it about others then surely you can say it about your brother?

Amazing picture of the young days subhanallah, I am really impressed by Shaykh Saqib for inspiring these scholars at a young age. The caption I read was at that particular time Mufti Monawwar had just begun to study also.
