brother Aqdas, I have a small suggestion;
You should get Mawlana bilal from Halifax on here to do a weekly live Dars e Quran on here.

Unbeknown no need to be smart the above is what I meant about anyone proving me wrong.
Shaykh Asrar is one of a kind, today he made a speech that should be etched on every Sunni youngsters heart. How everyone's lustful desires are for him to refute others-yet after refuting what next?
We need to go back to basics Islam and the basic foundations and principles of Islam by carrying out obligatory worship and the prophetic Sunnah of the beloved prophet sall Allah hu aleyhi wa Salam.
He made some very important points on our current state as Sunni-Barelvi on how we like to hear scholars refute one another yet we have no desire to learn or establish study circles in our own communities. Study circles that that benefit everyone not just a select group of people from a certain tariqah or groups that are attached to social structure.
Where are the Shaykh Asrars of North America?!?
There are none, unfortunately.
North America is run-down by deobandis, wahabis, shias, etc. It's a shame too because many people are turning towards wahabi masjids for their source of Islamic information. I witnessed this first hand.
More importantly, it should be etched on every Sunni alim's heart* - after refuting the wahaabis and deobandis, what next? More naat conferences? More urs mehfils? More milaad processions?
Sunni alims need to go back to teaching the basics*. If only they would teach basics of aqida, fiqh, hadith, arabic, tajweed to the masses. There would be no need to keep having to prove permissibility of mawlid and tawassul, the impermissibility of perennialism, etc. as people would be able to recognize right and wrong on their own. This is why the wahabis and deobandies have been so successful in creating and controlling masaajid - they offer laymen the opportunity to learn the basics (and then introduce their poison slowly).
Sunni alims need to teach in other than Urdu* - how else will they get their message across to the greater English speaking community at large? There needs to be regular courses for all age groups - both children and young adults and up. We might have madrasas for children, what about adults that want to fix their tajweed, or non-Urdu speaking converts that want to learn the Qur'an?
There is a huge gap (in North America at least) of sunni alims actually teaching. Where are the Shaykh Asrars of North America?!?
* Based on my observation of state of sunnis in North America
There are many fortunately. you might be naive to look for another teacher like Shaykh Asraar, as there is no one like him.
there are Sunni, non-sullah kulli (non prennialist ) scholars with excellence in North America!
we can start Sunni teaching in North America if u wish, or have the time. i can put my own resources in. its a matter of trust then onwards. i do not believe in profit making or livelihood earning through deeni teaching.
if a shaykh KNOWS of all this and disapproves, he has no business going to their masjid

Can you kindly list them (name, city, masjid, organization, address, etc.) in the following thread:

If there are many proper ulema as you say, then this shouldn't be necessary, but I would be open to discussing.
In Houston, Eid Milad-un-Nabi procession was taken out from Pakistan Center and led by various dignitaries including Mufti Qamar-ul-Islam, Allama Awais, Moulana Masood Raza Khan, Moulana and Ghulam Zarqani.
