Last verses of Surah Baqrah have great merits. Holy prophet peace be upon Him said that one who recites these two verses during the night they will be sufficient for him. In the Surah Fatihah Ayat 1 Tafseer In Urdu the word hamd has been preceded by the definite article al, the reason for this is to include all the different manners of praise and specify them to Him, and it is an extolling with which Allah has praised Himself and ordered His servants to praise Him with. Every muslim praises and thanks Allah for all the blessings He bestowed. We must pay homage to Allah every day and every time.

Surah Baqarah is the longest surah of the Quran.
