Try Madrasatul Madina Online (Dawat-e-Islami's online madrasah). They run one-to-one Madrasah lil-Banaat Online for girls and ladies on skype. My daughter takes daily tajweed lessons there and I would rate the quality of teaching to be pretty good. They also spend 30% of the half-hourly daily lessons on Islamic aqeedah and dars. Although instruction is predominantly in Urdu, you can request English instructor, if needed.
Use the online form at DI's website to register. You may also register using skype id. DI's online classes used to be free, but they have now started charging nominal fee (still lower than what other online classes charge).
Only issue with DI's classes is that they may have a long waiting list of applicants and their class hours are limited to 8-10 hours of Pakistani daytime (unlike DI's tajweed classes for males which run around the clock)
