The video shows absolute Kufr being committed, and is totally abhorrent - however, I have uploaded it to keep it as an evidence. I seek Allah's refuge and forgiveness.

In the video, Bilawal Zardari Bhutto is openly worshiping the idol (and that too the "ling" of shiva). along with him is the chief minister of Sindh province, and other members of their party (PPP).

Owais Noorani has come up with a defense of Bilawal; he says "what's wrong with going to the mandir and performing such rites"?

What is the ruling on such a person???

The title of the Video says "INSANE REPLY" - that's what it is.

What Bilawal Bhutto has committed is outright KUFR and those who consider this act "not wrong" are either INSANE or OUT OF ISLAM.

I really can't believe this man is the son of Imam Shah Ahmad Noorani Siddiqui.
I know he isn't an aalim but for him to make remarks like these, it is just mind boggling.
I've heard some other anecdotal stuff about Owais Noorani which I will not state on this forum.

Let's just say this person should not be in any position of religious authority. This just goes to show that no matter how great the family or lineage, or how great the teachers, there are always going to be imbeciles in every family/group.

He certainly isn't the first son of a great Imam to be an embarrassment to his father.

sadly, it required the intervention of some "akabir" Muftis to explain to him that what he said was culpable.

nevertheless - thanks to the learned Muftis & the social media outcry - Owais Noorani has done ruju; alHamdolillah.
