Translation:

It is said in Bahr al-Raiq that as a Mutawalli cannot be dismissed without fault, from this it is manifest that any receiver of a salary of a waqf cannot be discharged until his fault be proved or he may be proved to be unfit for his duties.

From the pics I uploaded below. This doesn't mean that that picture was a translation. As the picture was incomplete, it can be seen that many of the Arabic quotations from the various books were translated into English.
