He mentions a shaykhe Gujrat. Who's he referring to?
which is said without qualification. And what is your fatwa on the author of Fiqh al Akbar?
Brother I have re-listened to the speech of Muhadith e Kabeer. He clearly states that Sayida Fatima's request was not khata but Khata ijtihadi. Shah sahib has a problem with this, which is why he wanted Jalali sahib to prove it the first 3 generations (AbdulQadir mentioned the motive behind this)Nabeel afzal Sahib's message regarding the statement of sayyidi muhaddith e kabir

5. as Waqar786 pointed out, he says cleverly, do not bring us the sayings of scholars. bring us the sayings of Sahaba and other Ahlul Bayt who called this khata ijtihadi. personally i feel this is a salafist kind of argument. the same can be said for a whole host of matters
if you're talking about me, i didn't mention a motive and i didn't mention first three generations. i said this:
Sorry brother, I got things mixed up. Like you said, it is a salafist argument, which was what I alluding to but got words mixed up.
The three generations is what Shah Sahib said when he said give me evidences from the Quroon and then specified it even further to the Sahaba, Ahl ul Bayt, so in effect the first generation.
Sorry brother @AbdalQadir again
listen here between 01:01:00 and 01:02:00 (do correct me if my recap is wrong, i wrote from memory of watching that long video in parts) he said the same thing at another time in the video, 'bring me sayings of Badri As'hab, or Ashara Mubashshara, Sahaba, Ummahaatul Mumineen, Ahlul Bayt' and so on (ridwan Allahi 3alaihim ajma3een). don't remember now at which point
I am not that well-versed with rumble and tumble of ulema politics
