Hindus have no shame using Delhi Red Fort for Independence Day speech. Why do these idiots (so hell bent on erasing 800 years of slavery) have to culturally appropriate Islamic monuments? Can Modi not find an alternative and address the nation from Ayodhya or wherever?

For years, most of the Agra and Delhi Red Forts have been occupied by Indian military in the name of creating permanent barracks/garrisons; these are off-limits to general public. Interestingly, none of the hindu forts have ever been occupied by Indian army.

Most medieval masajids are under Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) control, which either completely prohibits or severely restricts the use as place of worship. It's not that ASI is concerned about the structural integrity or maintenance; almost all are in different states of dereliction. There's a youtube channel highlighting such monuments.

Pahalgam incident has all the makings of a false flag operation. I'm not into conspiracy theories, but I'm not surprised that mainstream media hasn't considered the possibility of a set-up.

In 2000, Indian security forces (in the garb of militants) gunned down sikhs in Chattisinghpora, and then pretended to eliminate the "terrorists" in Pathribal (killing 5 innocent Kashmiri civilians as a result) and Barakpora - ultimately leading to loss of 49 Kashmiri Muslim lives.

The timing of the attack and counter-operation was done to coincide with Bill Clinton's visit to India in order to be able to raise the bogey of victimhood at the hands of Pakistan-supported terrorism. Madeleine Albright, the then US secretary of state, openly accused India of staging these killings and calling it a handiwork of hindu militants.

Guess what? Who was on visit when Pahalgam incident happened this week? J D Vance!
What better way to play to siege-mentality (for foreign audience) and muscular/offensive leadership (for domestic audience)!

Modi's pursuing 'to the end of the earth' comment is right off of yahoodi scripts, the alleged militants checking religion or people reciting 'kalma' is again from shoddy deshbhakti movies of bollywood, with of course a token 'humanist good Muslim' laying down his life to protect his countrymen completing the bollywood masala mix!

whats sadder still is punjabistan's complete and utter incompetence to deal with these kind of allegations by india and to give a fitting response in statement and diplomacy. as for the media, the lesser said the better. it's almost as if jinnah deliberately fabricated a nation and polity of morons meant to do their utmost to destroy the image of Muslims and Islamic/Muslim politics.

we can only hope that China, for its own interests, not by some state of the art diplomacy from Pakistan, somehow pulls a fast one on india and manages to keep these dheds in check. I hope and pray china does to india what Russia did to ukraine...
