However, many brothers like abu Hasan are doing just that. Just note that zameel and others like him have no shame, so they can lie and be quicker, while we have to be more thorough and deliver the amanah of knowledge.
As an example, see his shameless song and dance over Gibril's article that he alleges is essentially saying devbandis are neo-mutazilites. See if zameel adequately addresses the fact that Allah's Speech is an uncreated and eternal attribute of Allah's.

We must choose our battles and not let our opponents sit in the driver seat and push us around.
No doubt we gotta refute, but as and when we see fit, no need to get anxious at any and every instance some idiot barks. If we do that we will give in to their agenda and be locked in a to and fro battle with them and be sidetracked from many other valuable pursuits.
Speaking the haqq, and doing our thing is also an implicit refutation, even if not targeted at a specific person, event, book, statement etc.
