توئی as we shorten تو ہي and speak colloquially, perhaps said with poetic license - correct? or does it also have an independent meaning in urdu/farsi?
 
O fount of perfection, O bearer of triumph,
Mankind has been ennobled through your nobility,
No praise suffices what you are truly due,
After God, the greatest is you!—the matter is concluded.
