Asalamu alykum warahmatullahi wa barakatuh
i just had a question about ghazi mumtaz qadri that is, was his actions correct? meaning of course killing a gustaakh e rasool is a rule in shariah, but isn't following the law of the land also a rule in shariah? Of course the prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) comes first, however taking shariah in your own hands in this case is it completely okay?
for example if i am in the west, Alhamdulillah i have not seen it in person. but there are many insulters of our rasool (صلى الله عليه وسلم) which make me angry to the point i may not control myself, if i were to take actions in my own hands would this be against shariah?
and if one is put to death, would they die the death of a shaheed?
