Assalamu alaikum I am really confused, please guide me...

There is a couplet (sher) —
wahi to mustawiyw arsh tha khuda ho kar
utar pada hai madine main mustafa hokar

Author of Bahar-e-shariat, Huzorr sadrusharia in his fataw make a taweel of this...
Some scholars like Farooq Khan Rizvi interpret and explain this couplet in a certain way, while some other scholars, such as Saeed Asad, and one young scholar from pakistan Mufti mohammad madani raza express disapproval and declare their disassociation (bara’at) from it.
Some also declare that as Kufr.

What ruling would apply to this couplet? Please clarify that.

Also what should me as a layman should do now because both scholars are from ahlus sunnah and if this couplet is wrong than we should also abandon the works of bahar-e-shariat...

Also i am just a layman person but got so much confused because deobandis use this sher to prove us wrong...
I am attaching some of the videos from indo-pak scholars that i found...

One more question related to Molana Farooq Khan Rizvi Sahab, and that is about the prayer of Baba Tajuddin Tajul Auliya where he did multiple sujoods. I want to know if the Imam has jazb during the prayer, is the prayer valid for the people offering it behind him? Also, one more confusion regarding the statement: "Jesa kitab mein likha, tum wesi namaz parhte ho, aur jesa kitab wala bolta, main wesi namaz parhta."?

This channel is probably not run by a Sunni.

Molana Farooq Khan Rizvi discussed this topic again about the Prayer in the video below but didn't explained this statement.
"Jesa kitab mein likha, tum wesi namaz parhte ho, aur jesa kitab wala bolta, main wesi namaz parhta."

Also, there is a video of Dr. Ashraf Asif Jalali Sahab where he said (in similar words), "If someone says, 'Don't tell me Quran, don't tell me Hadith; I follow the hukm of Allah that comes into my heart,' such a person is a kafir."
fathul bari sharah bukhari (kitab ul ilm, pg 595)

Video Title: Tajdare Khatme Nabuwat Conference | Aiwan-E-Iqbal | 7 September | Full |Dr Ashraf Asif Jalali |

Watch from 1:17:30 to 1:24:00

Edit: I don't know why the link is not working! The video title should be pasted manually on YouTube.

Kindly guide me on this issue.

NO, It is not promoted...but the thing is that one scholar said it is kufr and other its not
and those who said it is kufr still quote from bahar-e-shariat ( Bahar-e-sharait's writer make its ta'weel).
I Thought that there will never be any ikhtilaaf in usool-e-deen and aqaid but here we can see ikhtilaaf in kufr.
Also the brother in this thread asked another question regarding allama farooq khan rizvi...I was asking the sheikh abu hasan to show some light on that too.

I am struggling to see your point. Why would such a thing bother you? It's a shayr that has been used to malign Sunnis, so the straight forward answer would be to reject it and label it kufr. Those that do Ta'wil, don't legitimise the shayr but say there might be an interpretation that prevents a fatwa of kufr being placed on the person who wrote it. This is pretty standard, and again if it's not promoted, then why you (and me) as a layperson have to worry about it? Just move on.

I'm sure Mufti Sharif ul Haq Amjadi has commented on this couplet of Hazrat Aasi Ghazipuri. I may have read it some years ago. (If so,) look it up in one of the volumes of Fatawa Sharih e Bukhari.
