I know that the Taliban have been brainwashed into the wahabi/deobandi terrorist ideology, but it hurts deep, really deep to see them killed in so many thousands. They were just sweet young orphans before.

How did they become cold blooded murderers or terrorists? I know of people they killed in cold blood, innocent people. Why did they go on to kill and mame and hurt so many of their own people? They basically followed the same way of their predecessors who were also killing eachother.

The Russians killed 2 million Afghans. Then the Afghans have killed a million of eachother. Entire Hindu, Sikh populations thrown out. What has happened to this cradle of civilization. This area which is the reason why Islam is in South Asia. It hurts seeing the American demon army killing my beautiful Afghans. But this is Allah subHanahu wa ta'ala will.

All I can say is that the Pakistani government is a hypocrite government, seems like that some of Shaykh 'Abdal Qadir as-Sufi's comments regarding the Pakistani government are right. They are letting the evil USA army destroy the people of Afghanistan further, spread faHashi there in the name of feminism and false democracy by setting up puppets.

One evil called Taliban rule is going away, and another is replacing it, which could be far worse and in this process, tens of thousands of Afghan lives going with it every year spent. By my calculations, more than 5,000 Taliban boys have been killed, they must have got families, widowed mothers to take care of, they could have been great sufis, but this is what Allah wills, and Allah is the most Just.

So, basically the victims are the innocent rural Afghans who are being misled by all these foreign forces and killed. Afghanistan is being looted. One can imagine what my beautiful country Afghanistan was like in the 1970s. It was an emerald, a shiny one. This is what my father tells me. Now it is a country of lames, widows, orphans, angry young men, oppressed women, hungry refugees.

Allah subHanahu wa ta'ala make all this better, remove the USA/deobandi/wahabi menace from it, and make it a cradle of Islam again. Remember, without MaHmud Ghaznawi raHmatuAllah 'alaih Somnat would never have fallen in Gujarat India, and Hindu India would never have been subjugated. Without MuHammad Ghauri raHamatuAllah 'alaih, India would never have had been conquered.

So, many Awliya Allah and Scholars are from Afghanistan, such as Imam Busti :ra: mentioned earlier.

As per Media reports

Former Afghan President Burhanuddin Rabbani, who headed a government peace council set up to facilitate contacts with Taliban insurgents, was assassinated Tuesday by a suicide bomber concealing explosives in his turban, officials said.

If that media report is true ( I very much doubt on that "turban" part) then the enemies of Islam might use this as an excuse to prohibit wearing of turban in daily life as well as while traveling in aeroplane.
 
Not in India I don't think so. What are they going to do with their sikh brothers?
 
I feel embarassed writing the above. Brother Sunnistudent always bumps up age old threads when I was in my mid-teenage.

On the topic of Burhanuddin Rabbani, people dont understand who he was.

One thing about this famous personality is that he was a Sunni.
 
actually i was saddened to read about the murder of burhanuddin rabbani -Allah forgive him and give him jannah. From a book i read ages ago his family are Sunni Sufis who were in the Naqshbandi-Mujaddidi tariqah.

the Americans are losing in Afghanistan...it is only a matter of time before they leave --they're are just looking for a face-saving excuse.

Allah have mercy on Afghanistan and the whole region including Pakistan.

Brothers, just going a bit informal here, (I hope it is not against the rules), as Sidi Wadood raised up a topic that is so close to my heart.

My father is an Afghan, who fought in The Afghan-Soviet War when he was around 18. He last saw his home 22 years ago. I know his heart cries, when he hears about bomb blasts, and innocent people getting massacred.

He says that his mission was to educate me, and he says that one day I might be an aid to a large part of the Afghan community. When he talks about his Nation, I can see the glitter in his eyes. He (His tribe) was not the richest of the people there, yet when he speaks about the enormity of his Lands, it sounds very big. Even if the lands be strewn with stones, to him they seem Gul (flowers).

And then his heart longs so badly to go there, but there are some reasons he cannot go. He speaks about the Beautiful Shrines and of Great Wali-Allah who resided there, and their Taqwa'. The Markets, the people, their stories of Valiance, and their Love for Syedzadahs, and Pirzaadahs.

I hope one Day, after Hajj and Umrah, and after visiting the Blessed Rawdah of Sarkaar Sallallahu 'Alayhe Wasallam (which are dearer to him than anything else), he might visit his Home, and find Peace there.
