From Fatawa Ridawiyyah, vol.26, p.395/6
It is in Naseem al-Riyad, volume 4, page 377 that:
Whoever said that there is someone who is more knowledgeable than rasulAllah sallAllahu ‘alaihi wasallam; then the speaker has tried to find a flaw and defect in the prophet sallAllahu ‘alaihi wasallam. Hence, he is someone who has sworn at rasulAllahu ‘alaihi wasallam meaning he is the same as the person who swears at rasulAllah sallAllahu ‘alaihi wasallam and there is no difference in the ruling that applies to them both.
