the first audio file starts with a couplet :

apne aslaf ke asmat ke paristar hain hum
sag e darbar nahin sahib e kirdar hain hum

apart from the extremely cheesy poetry and unconnected lines which only a newbie can write, the first line of this tukbandi summarizes the deobandi stance in all matters very well

we are the worshippers of the dignity of our (deobandi) predecessors
we are not the dogs of the court but people of character

( anyone interested in poetry might ask whose dogs ? which court ? what character and what is the relationship between teh two lines)

the chap rab nawaz hanafi is as hollow as your average deobandi graduate and excels in what the average deobandi speaking against or writing against alahazrat specialises in -

a degree in lying
a masters in lying shamelessly
a doctorate in slandering

he says more than once that

"ahmed raza khan ney naya deen mazhab ijaad kiya"

that "ahmed raza khan invented a new deen and religion "

if what he says is wrong then may our Lord our Rabb who is the qahhar burn this guy in fire for his slander.

and tries to link qadianism with a new deen which he terms as "razakhaniyyat"

This is a lie which will be thrown into the deobandi's blackened face.

claims that :

"(ahmed raza khan) ne bhi nabuwwat ke khilaf naya deen pesh kiya - just like ghulam ahmed qadiani"

that

ahmed raza khan also presented a new religion against (the belief) of prophethood.

compares barelwis to hindus :
"idhar bajrang bali ka nara hai udhar hazrat ali ka naara"

"here (in hinduism) is the cry(slogan) of the (monkey god) bajrang bali and there (in barelwi sunnis) is the cry(slogan) of hazrat ali."

it is not even decent refutation by deobandi standards, it is lies and slander and more lies and more slander. and this is what it is.

i disagree. there has never been a 'decent' refutation by any deobandi. only ad hominem comments and slander right from he-whose-knowledge-is-no-special-than-a-madman thanawi.

and deobandi standards?
alaHazrat expressly forbade us to answer their 'standard' refutation in the form of chandpuri's abuses. which they proclaim with pride even to this day. also see here.

and the so called deobandi 'moderates' do not even have the conscience [or the spine] to distance themselves from this filth. do not be surprised if any of the celebrity dobbies reference to this site and when asked about such enormous lies, glibly and doe-eyed say:

'take what is beneficial and leave what is bad.'

the deobandis have chosen one Hadith to act upon for a lifetime: 'if you have no shame do whatever you want.' / fa idha lam tastaHi faSna'a ma shiyt.

With all due respect Shaykh Nuh has relied on some of his deobandi students to present the issue to him, which has led him to the incorrect ruling.

Shaykh GF Haddad has written more than once about the incorrect positions of deoband.

why is being a student of Shaykh Nuh so crucial here, the chap is an average deobandi who might have ( if you say so) made bayah with Shaykh Nuh, does being a Murid in tasawwuf make someone a lesser deobandi or immune to deobandi pitfalls, NO.

oh that is so sad........ we were talking about this idiot paltalk rab nawaz muft-e who was lying while he was frothing at his mouth with hatred for alahazrat and you did not blink an eye before you ignored that and started talking of everything connected with the broader issue.

do you atleast have the decency to say that this idiot is a liar ? if the same words that this supposed mufti said were made by a sunni alim against the deobandis the deobandis bloggers and forum posters would have filled up a dumpster with comments on how this was so unislamic and lies etc etc .....

shaykh nuh and shaykh gibril are respected and followed only if their aqidah is in line with that which is described and aided by alaHazrat.

alaHazrat is the yardstick of our times; everybody comes after.

alaHazrat IS the standard bearer of ahlu's sunnah and if it was not for him, the deobandis would have not been forced on their wahabi-backfoot hiding the heresies of their elders. and perhaps shaykh nuH would not have his deobandi murids...

as for shaykh nuH's article - with due respect to the shaykh - how can the shaykh dismiss anyone without proper research? and how can one expect justice from an ex parte judgement?

it is either prejudice [leaning towards his murids lobbying] or poor research. and we reject this article also for its bad reasoning mainly based on assumptions.

however we do not doubt the intention of the shaykh - he tries to unite the ummah and he himself does not approve or condone the atrocious beliefs/statements of deobandis.

as for shaykh gibril, his so-called 'good opinion' about deobandis was long long ago. but it is fair to assume that he did not know about the deobandis very much.

even if he does now, he is trying to be fair by being careful. show me one instance in recent years where he has dismissed alaHazrat? infact, in one of his lists he puts him on the top scholars of the last century.

you can see his respect and admiration of alaHazrat [which makes us love him all the more]; his fatawa and research prove that alaHazrat was no different from arab sunnis. and in many ways, he is the closest to alaHazrat's opinions [after all they are standard sunni beliefs].

as for alaHazrat's greatness as a scholar: his books are an ample evidence of his genius. we don't have to convince anyone of his scholarship; and if you are blind, it is difficult to explain what is white and what it means by bright.

I listened to the first part of the talk, and after listening to it all I can say is that it is indeed a dark age we are living in if the speaker is referred to as 'Hadrat Maulana' and if one was to take their religion from him. Refutation of something or somebody is one thing and rabid hatred is another thing altogether. And this talk is a prime example of the latter.
