is it possible to get some references from imam ahmad raza pref., from his fatawa, whether it is permissible, for lay people, to listen to lectures of shia scholars or read their books on any subject particularly on the happenings of karbala.

please can anyone help?

if u go to alahazratnetwork.org there they have an extensive collection of ala hazrat's works. amongst these is 'malfuzat'. in this ala hazrat writes of the impermissibility of listening to shia narrations of karbala.
