i have a hard copy of the book and my copy says that mawlana wrote the book in arabic called madinat al-ilm and it was translated into urdu and named shahr yaar e ilm.
it is regarding the ilm e ghayb given to rasulAllah sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam and has a discussion on ulum al-khamsa too.
