You people are acting like the tabloids day by day jumping on the bandwagon.

The Emir why do you accept the words of Muhammad Ali to be representative of Shah Saheb when it's clear as night and day that he is in opposition to Shah Saheb. You don't have the full video in front of you. Emir you tell me who will be the judges during the debate? I can just see how entertaining you guys are finding this but let me tell you it's getting serious now there's no place for cowboys or half-cooked molvis.

Wait for the response from representatives/followers of Shah Saheb to see exactly what his response is.

If you're unaware then let me enlighten you Shah Saheb went further than serving court papers he engaged in Mubahala with the previous Qadiani leader and the events thereafter speak for themselves.
 
Brother Muslim 1st Sunni, we have nothing against Shah Sahib. The problem he has is he is attacking Sahaba and Great Imams of Ahlus Sunnah. As for this video, we did not cut or do anything to this video, this was the only little clip we found on this from your Pir Bhai Qadriajilania youtube account, who has decided to sell videos of Pir Abdul Qadir Sahibs Mehfils now to make some money.

Where he talks about the debate challenge, we have took all that clip. So go and open your eyes before you spread lies about me. We are fully aware that when he go's to pakistan he has said he will do a case on Mufti Sahib and the people who have wrote books to refute him. A mureed of his has already did a case in Pakistan on Moulana Tariq Naqshbandi Sahib who wrote a short reply to his book Zuba Tu Tahqeeq.

How is a debate possible in court?

Everyone is aware that he did nothing against the Qadiyanis.
 
Please provide a record of his actions against qadiyanis. I have never heard shah sahib been mentioned alongside Abdul Sattar Khan Niazi, Noorani sahib, Pir karam shah etc.

Which scholars could be judges in the debate can you think of any that will be accepted by both parties?

You can accuse me of anything you want. I don't have access to a video or the article that was printed in the Jang newspaper but I can tell you both parties agreed to engage in mubahala afterwhich conferences were held on the same day. During the Khatam-un-Nabuwwat conference Mubahala dua was made.
 
ASTAGFIRULLAH first of all you lied saying he did Mubahla and then you can't prove it. Do you really think Sunni Ulema will hide such a thing? Mirza Tahir ran all his life from Sunni Ulema and was never prepared to do a Munazira or Mubahla with anyone. No Sunni Scholar till today has ever mentioned that Pir Abdul Qadir Sahib did Mubahla with Mirza Tahir, it isn't even mentioned in their Khatmenabuwat conference every year!

As for who will be the judges in the debate, I don't think he will even debate Mufti Sahib because he doesn't look sincere. How can you debate in a Pakistani Court? Its not a debate with a Qadiyani here, you are talking about a debate with a Sunni Scholar. Whichever Sunni Scholar in Pakistan has been told that Pir Abdul Qadir Sahib said they want to debate in Pakistani Court, Wallah all they did was laugh! They said how is a debate possible in Pakistans Court! This is a way to run from the debate. They will go Pakistan and file a case against them, their will be no debate!

I didn’t take anyone’s words to be representative of Shah Sahib – except Shah Sahibs. What he says in the video is clear and I have also seen the video where he challenges qadianis. My question was that why did Shah Sahib not talk about taking the qadianis to court especially as they were declared non Muslims in Pakistan’s Parliament when he was challenging them? Whereas now Shah Sahib is talking about going to court against a Sunni Scholar who has challenged him on what he has said and accepted his challenge?

And there is no need to wait for what representatives or followers of Shah Sahib are going to say. All Shah Sahib needs to say is whether he accepts the challenge or not.

Often Scholars get a little carried away and talk of challenging during their speeches etc but when the challenge is accepted and pursued, then it is for the person who made the challenge to accept or reject it, not talk of going to court like Shah Sahib has. Alternatively don’t issue challenges!!

The challenge was actually made for a munazara but in the end Mirza Tahir refused. In the end he accepted a mubahala challenge but refused to do the mubahala at the same location and said the mubahala will take place at our own locations and the date was set. The Khatam-e-Nabuwwat Coference was fixed on the same date and each party engaged in the mubahala, the words in in the mubahala were to the effect that the first to perish among us will be on falsehood and the other will be on haqq.

Consequently, Mirza Tahir died and Pir Jilani Shah Sahiband all other Ulama and Mashaaikh that were present among the Sunni Ulama were not only alive, but were well & healthy too.

Even at the time of Mirza's death a joint statement by the Ulama was given to the Urdu newspapers declaring that Allah Ta'ala had granted them victory in the mubahala.

It's common news and was well reported at the time, if you were not around then or don't have information then that's your misfortune.
 
Its nice to see Brother Abu Fadl pop out in the new year after a long break. Brother Abu Fadl its good to hear that atleast someone here on this forum is in his 60s. The question that we have asked is why isn't it even mentioned in the Khatmenabuwat Conference. This is a good way to make up some Karamats since Mirza Tahir is dead now.
