Mufti Sahib is a great and top sunni scholar of Ahlus Sunnah. Brother Al Mustafa please try to add Mufti Sahib's Jummah Speeches regular on the net.

Ustad al-Kull Állāmah Átā Muhammad Bandyālwī writes:

'The one who forbids Na'arah Tahqīq Haq Chār Yār is a rāfidī and hypocrite (munāfiq). In fact, this slogan takes precedence over and is superior to the slogans of Haydarī and Ghawthiyyah. No rightly guided Sunni would ever prohibit it because Haq Chār Yār is the age old emblem and hallmark of Ahl al-Sunnah. And whoever calls himself Sunni yet interdicts this slogan, then he is an inner rāfidī and is feigning Ahl al-Sunnah as taqiyyah (disguising).'

[Sayf al-Átā, p.141-2]

Fitnah is asleep. When something permissible has become a hallmark of Ahl al-Sunnah in a particular land, let it be. Don't be an idiot and stir tribulation by speaking against it. Such as saying Barelwi, or Maslak e Alahazrat or Ishq o mahabbat Alahazrat. Whoever now forbids these things is initiating fitnah. Similarly,

Haq - truth
Char - four
Yar - friends

Sunnis raise this slogan to show we honour the first 4 caliphs. That we consider all 4 to be upon the truth and righteous.

Ustad ul Kul, the teacher of all sciences, Allamah Ata Muhammad Bandyalwi was asked about a "mufti" who stops this slogan. He replied:

'Such a "mufti" is an inner rafidi. If he stops this slogan because he claims it restricts truth to just these four, he is wrong. Which word in it denotes restriction? If he says it does, then when he says 'Muhammadu'r RasulAllah', is he saying no one else is a prophet except Muhammad? That would be kufr. The slogan of Haq Char Yar is even more important than the slogan of Haydari and Ghawsiyyah.'
