One example translated below for you, in refutation of the ignorant Sufis:
Question: Is it permissible to call Allah ta'ala 'Ashiq and His Eminence Ma'shuq?
Answer: It is impermissible. The meanings related to 'Ishq are decisively impossible to befit Allah. Using such a word for Allah ta'ala which has no proven transmission in Shari'a is decisively prohibited (Mamnu' Qat'i).
[My comments on the above]
It is interesting to note that Ibn Taymiyya refuted the same in his al-Qa'ida Fi al-Mahabba, if my memory serves me right. However, him and his comrades never understood the actual application here. They considered it also impermissible for a servant to say A'shaqu Allah. Whereas, 'Ishq from the servant is possible, it is impermible to describe Allah as such. Why? Because 'Ishq is defined as an extreme form of love and this is only attributable to creation.
Imam al-Ghazali description of love: "Mahabba is a term regarding the natural inclination towards a pleasant thing, if this inclination is emphasised and strengthened it is referred to as 'Ishq."
Ihya 'Ulum al-Din, Kitab al-Mahabba Wa al-Shawq Wa al-Uns Wa al-Rida.
The great Sufi Master Imam Abu 'Ali al-Daqaq advises: "'Ishq is exceeding the limits of love and for this reason one cannot attribute Haq (Allah) with 'Ishq, because He cannot be attributed with exceeding the limits of love in love of the servant. He is but attributed with Mahabba."
Fatiq al-Ratq 'Ala Ratiq al-Fatq, Page: 78
Every fatwa you read of the great Imam you thank Allah for gifting us weaklings such a strong guide.

For those with interest, Sayyidi Taj al-Shari'a also mentions al-Imam al-Mujaddid Ahmad Rida's refutation of ignorant so-called Sufis in his brilliant work Haqiqa al-Baraylawiyya, page 41.
The great Imam writes refuting the Sufis who belittle the noble Shari'a: "...And in one word, these seven cults are all disbelievers and renegades, they have left the fold of Islam by consensus of the Muslims".
