    "it should not be neglected/abandoned"

Does that mean that it's sinful or just not preferable to miss jumuah? Not that i will ever think of missing jumuah but just would like to know the ruling, as I know a lot of brothers and sisters miss it due to work commitments, university and college classes and so on.

This is what Taaj al-Shari'ah Mufti Akhtar Raza answered in regards to Germany. I assume the UK and US would come under the same hukm.

Is Germany classified as Dar al-Ḥarb? Should I offer the Jumu’ah prayer or Dhuhr prayer (in such a country)?

Germany is classified as a Dar al-Ḥarb land. In a country considered as such, one is not permitted to offer Jumu’ah prayer, but should rather offer the Dhuhr prayer. However, if the prayer of Jumu’ah has been established in such a country then it should not be neglected/abandoned11. And after doing so, one should also offer the Dhuhr prayer, therefore safeguarding the obligatory prayer. [pp. 18]

The US is a very diverse country with 50 million African Americans, 5 million native americans, 40 million Latin Americans.

These are nations within the United States. Then you have multi-millions of Asians, Arabs, Jews, Iranians, Indians, Pakistanis etc

i would like to ask, if the UK is dar al-Harb too? The UK is a very homogeneous country, with population almost 80% White British, and just as actively engaged as the US.

    As salaamu alaikum

Do Ulema e Ahle Sunnat consider U.S as Darul Harb?

In what category does U.S come according to Hanafi school of thoughts?
