strange question. if you can read urdu, it is for you - even if you are an uyghur, indonesian or a moroccan muslim. secondly, mufti ahmad yar khan was originally indian - who migrated to what became pakistan after partition. i don't understand how someone can write a tafsir "only for pakistani muslims". if you can read urdu, it is a good read. and yes, it is written in simple urdu.
ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ The tafsir in English 'Noor ul Irfan', and Tafseer Naeemi -- it was written by a Pakistani scholar. Is this in any way only for Pakistani Muslims? Or can any person read and grasp this?
