This is the US intervention I was speaking of. But I hope that Sunni scholars are given positions in government ,so as to and help reverse this macheavellian intent. Instead of the Saudi bread (usa spoon fed) scholars. Edit: I mean to say given the rapid reformation, they (sunni) ulama should apprach the government and lobby to see if they can get positions.

Hopefully, the next reform will be to drive out all the wahabi ulama out of Saudi, or atleast out of the government/media. Sadly, it took US intervention to have them stop teaching extremist books. But we all know the implications, given that the crown princes gives off, a really mild, ataturk vibe. I hoping a serendipity from this new reform, for the people. ان شاء الله
