some minhaji should gather these for tahir and then tahir can claim he has written another book of hadith. someone here can choose a good, rhyming arabic name for it too. perhaps include the words mafqud and mardud.

Sorry but with the greatest respect to the mufti, that fatwa gets too long winded and is tackling more than one issue and mainly on the issue of luzoom and iltizam. It kind of overshadows the severity of the padri's deviancies in it's length and breadth.

Is it possible to get a separate and concise fatwa on tahir's actions alone regarding his lies regarding the narrations pertaining to najran delegations and his other kufrs in the name of interfaith dialogue, and preferably in simpler language for the masses, but comprehensively showing his kufr? It should be a fatwa, but one that can be and should be made very public to every Muslim man, woman and child, and can be made viral. It will go viral only if common people understand it easily.

The iltizam and luzoom issue can be kept separate and the academic focus and language can be maintained for the ulema.

A detailed Fatwa of Kufr has been issued against Tahir padri regarding his recent Wembley "congregation". Written by Allama Mufti Kausar Hasan Rizwi of India. He is Khalifa of Huzoor Mufti Aazam Hind (RAA).

Another lie on MQI website says that the Najran delegation stayed in Medina for 20 days (without giving details) leading others to believe that the Christian performed their "worship" inside sacred Masjid Nabawi for 2O days!

    QUOTE
So much so when Islam attained victory, a Christian delegation of Najran stayed in the holy city of Medina for twenty days and performed worship as per their religious law in the Prophet’s Mosque. UNQUOTE

O Allah - curse these liars!

I'm sure the issue of Najran delegation's worship in Masjid Nabawi has been discussed at length before and I may have missed the following point below (apologies if I'm repeating what's already been discussed before).

While commenting on verse 17 of Surah Taubah, Mufti Ahmad Yaar Khan Naeemi (alayhir rahmah) in his commentary Noor-ul-Irfan clarifies that:
    1. the delegation was never given the permission to worship, but they proceeded to do so while the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and his companions were offering Asr salah.
    2. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) didn't stop them while they were engaged in their worship. He allowed them to complete the worship in the same manner as he allowed a bedouin to finish his act of urinating inside Masjid Nabawi (and later got the Masjid thoroughly washed). The worship by Najran delegates was no different from the urination of bedouin!

In no way, can the Prophet's (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) gracious conduct be construed as a permission to the Najran delegation to worship in Masjid Nabawi. How "Shaykh-ul-Hadith" Qadrinul Tahir (of dawrah Bukhari and dawrah Muslim fame) twists hadith to explain his own shameful conduct!

The same issue has been discussed at greater length in Mufti Yaar Khan Naeemi's Tafsir Naeemi (Vol 10, page 196-197). See attached the excerpts from Noor ul-Irfan and Tafsir Naeemi.

and to act upon a snunah is always rewarding, alas! that Muslims not only have missed those plenty of rewards but they also have gone against the sunnah by keeping kufars away from their mosques, what a loss!

but still it is not too late, every Muslim who has some hindus, christians, jews, sikhs or any other kafir in his neighbor or among his friends he should cordially invite them to his house and masajid and arrange for their prayers, he will get extra reward for reviving a forgotten sunnah, right?

In response to the objections raised on the polytheistic supplications initiated by Tahir Jhangvi (aka Padri), he makes a mockery of the same by getting someone to ask the question "Is Multi faith Prayer allowed in Islam?"

The question itself is so stupid, that it could take the questioner out of the fold of Islam.

Even more horrendous are Dr Tahir's replies to it where he states the following:-

    1. Multi Faith prayer is not only ALLOWED - it is much more than that : It is so good that it is not just a Bidah Hasana but more than that: he goes to say that it is the SUNNAH of the Holy Prophet to do so. Astaghferullah.

    2. He goes on to cite the same Hadeeth of the visit of the Christian delegation of Najran. What a flimsy excuse and what an extra-ordinary conclusion!

    3. We may ask: Did the Holy Prophet ask them to pray to "their God" as Dr Tahir claims?

    4. He further says that the Sahabah sought clarification and the Holy Prophet answered "They are allowed to worship according to their own religion in the holy mosque in Medina". May we have the reference of this quote? (sorry not available, as is the case with so many other lies).

    5. He keeps on saying "according to their own religion" - as if their religions are OK! Are all the Minhajians ready to invite Christians to their homes, with the cross and idols of Syedna Isa (peace be upon him) & Bibi Maryam (may Allah be pleased with her) and ask them to pray "according to their own religion"? Oh I forgot to mention the jews, the hindus, the sikhs, and buddhists - the dear brothers of Minhajis!

    6. We further ask him: did the Holy prophet leave a legacy for us to invite Christians to the mosques and "do their worship according to their own religion", or did he challenge the same delegation to Mubahela? O Allah, send your curse upon the Christians and this liar!

    7. He cleverly leaves out the supplications of the other so called "great" leaders - i.e. the pundits, the sadhus, the jews, the buddhists, and the sikhs etc, whom he himself invited to pray. Do you have the reference of the SUNNAH of the Holy Prophet in these instances also - from your big bag of lies, dr ?

    8. He also doesnot let anyone ask him about the horrific speech that he gave praising the torah, bible, other books of polytheists and his prayer that "may every religion keep its fragrance"

    9. Dr Tahir gives another idiotic statement that this was just a supplication, not worship. So these 2 different things. Astaghferullah! The Hadeeth says exactly the opposite. Supplication is the very essence of worship. Mind you - he again goes back to say "worship" is allowed, not just supplication!
