Reply if the condition of accepting someone as Nur is that there should always be light around and absence of light is being understood by some people as absence of Nooraniyat then such people should give a reply to the below two points : Point number 1 > Every Muslim believes that Angels are made from Noor as is evident from Quran and various Ahadith. And there are two angels with every Momin who record his good and bad deeds...ok? Now we ask,why do Muslims need lights in their homes in spite of the presence of the Two angels with every member of the house. Point number 2 > The Quran says [24:35] Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. Objection 2 : How come Prophet(peace be upon him) bled in the Battle of Taif if he was Nur? Reply : Ahlus Sunnah scholars have repeatedly said that we believe that Prophet(peace be upon him) is both Noor and Bashar.We don’t reject his Bashariyyat. Whenever Allah Wills,He demonstates his Shaan e Noooraniyat and whenever He wills, He demonstatres his Shaan e Bashariyyat. In the Battle of Taif,Allah willed to demonstrate his Shaan e Bahsariyyat so blood came out of his blessed body and on the Night of Shab e Miraj Allah willed to Demonstrate his Shaan e Noooraniyat so not even a single drop of blood came out of his body even though Jibreel(Alaih Salaam) cut open his blessed body and removed his blessed heart and washed it with the water of Zamzam.
