Yes, it is impossible for some to return; Allah ta'ala will not guide them; the reasons are many - one of the foremost is insulting the Noble Prophets. (may Allah protect us, Aameen) -------------------------- The Holy Qur'an has many ayahs proving that the disbelievers’ hearts and ears are sealed; the clearest ones are listed below:- إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنذَرْتَ هُمْ أَمْ لََْ تُنذِرْىُمْ لََ ي ؤُْمِنُونَ خَتَمَ اللَّوُ عَلَىٰ قُ لُوبِِِمْ وَعَلَىٰ سََْعِهِمْ وَعَلَىٰ أَبْصَارِىِمْ غِشَاوَة وَلََمُْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ [Baqarah 2:6-7] As for those whose fate is disbelief, whether you warn them or do not warn them - it is all one for them; they will not believe. Allah has sealed their hearts and their ears, and on their eyes is a covering; and for them is a terrible punishment. [Mohammed 47:16] And among them are some who listen to what you say; until when they go away from you, they say to those who have been given knowledge, “What did he say now?”; they are those whose hearts Allah has sealed, and they follow their own desires. ----------------------------------------- For a detailed discussion regarding those who hear & those who cannot - kindly read the book DEAF & BLIND - available at the below link:- http://sunniport.com/index.php?threads/deaf-blind.9611/ ---------------
Ma sha Allah Brother Aqib Allah Ta'ala bless you and reward you for this work. [Baqarah 2:18] Deaf, dumb and blind; and they are not to return. 'Not to return' does this mean it's impossible for some to return? I once heard that if certain limits are crossed then those individuals who have crossed them will never return? What about when it is said that their hearts have been stamped - 'Mohr lag chuki he' (and their eyes and ears have a covering/ their eyes and ears have been sealed) where is this stated?
Allamah Arshad ulQadri (alayhe rehmah), had written an article in Urdu, namely "Daawat e Insaaf" (English translation entitled A CALL FOR JUSTICE) The book, though concise, explains why the schism between Ahle Sunnah (Sunni Barelwis) and that of the hypocrite Deobandis cannot be closed. Allamah Arshad ulQadri does a wonderful job, in his own inimitable style explaining that the issues are not secondary, but related to the fundamentals of our faith. The Barelwi v/s Deobandi war is raging yet again, thanks to the release of "The Killer Mistake" by Abu Hasan, as a refutation of Keller's IKT. Had Keller read this article first, prior to his childish attempt at trivializing the issues, he would have probably had second thoughts. Although the book was written a long time ago, and translated in 1992, I thought it worthwhile to post it, as the conflict is now again a hot topic, Here is the download link: A CALL FOR JUSTICE
