Came across this on a Maliki Sunni site when looking for something else for the in sha Allah thread https://www.souhnoun.com/أدعية-و-أذكار/فوائد-البسملة/ Some juhhal from the subcontinent say that 786 is not the numerical summation of the Basmala as per abjad numerical representations, and they insist it is some conspiracy and 786 is actually the numerical representation for some hindu chant, lol.
