@Unbeknown i agree with you 100% and with mawlana @Aqib alQadri - i just feel they reason they gave for hitting him wasn't the ideal reason they could have given. regardless - he got what was coming to him and this is just an example of what is to come if he doesnt repent and leave the deobandi creed كما تدين تدان
he would probably be let-off in the Qadi's court for this stupid mistake, after the "apology". that's just one. so what about all the other blunders? I am totally with the guys who thrashed him, for making deen a mockery; TV channels will now think a million times before inviting this donkey. alHamdolillah.
he is yet to announce his tawbah for attributing "chhote aur bade gunah" (minor and MAJOR sins) to the holy Prophet (peace be upon him). and do not forget that even after that, people like no-man ali and another "mufti" came out in his support and started slandering alahazrat just to make this jahil look innocent. he could have asked them not to justify his blunders. although it was just a fraction of what he deserves, yet, something is better than nothing. the key thing is that he was humiliated and this is the only language that the bandits understand. my heartfelt thanks to those proactive brothers. serves him right.
you are correct. i have no feelings or sympathy for this crow-eater BUT we must not forget he did tawba for this specific incident. we have a thousand more objections to him and his ideology but i, personally, do not think this thing should be held against him when has has publicly repented for it.
It is important to think a million times about the words you use for any chaste Muslima, so what about our Mother Hazrate Aisha Saddiqa (Alaihis Salaam)?
If he really wants to "repent" he should first publicly announce that he is leaving Tableeghi Jamaat, and its Deobandi aqeedah - and join the ranks of ahle-Sunnah.
Gustakh wahabi junaid jamshed got hiding at Islamabad airport Perhaps his apology never reached these proactive brothers.
i do not think citing his unworthy words regarding umm al-muminin sayyida aayisha as a reason for hiting him is justifiable. he publicly repented from it and hitting him just tarnishes the name of sunnis.
http://www.muftisays.com/blog/Muadh...-jamshed-allegedblasphemy-amp-repentance.html The NAJASAT link above has the transcription of his words and his apology. I never knew but this same hadith is extensively discussed in the following link on this forum: http://sunniport.com/index.php?threads/junaid-jamshed.12104/
That's fine but we've had too many people here in the past, e.g. nawazuddin, who'll just post a hadith without specifying what it is they want clarifying. In your post first, you only asked: It's always best to be concise and to the point. Otherwise our learned brothers are just trying to second guess or mind read.
Brother I was just looking for the answers to the two questions I asked in the first post. The problem was the hadith sharif is translated by both the two available translations as The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "If that had been while I was alive, I would have asked Allah to forgive you and make supplication for you." (Aisha Bewley) and "I wish that had happened while I was still living, for then I would ask Allah's Forgiveness for you and invoke Allah for you." (M. Khan) Brother Abul Hasnayn has explained the correct translation should be: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If it happens while I am still living (i.e. if you pass away during my lifetime) then I would ask Allah's Forgiveness for you and pray for you."
jazak-Allaho khair. speaks volumes of the types of translations that are available............. on a side note: this is the very Hadeeth (1st half of it) about which Jaahil Joker Junaid Jamshaid presented the "Sharh" on TV, and ended up disrespecting the Mother of the Believers.
Thanks Brother, this is what I was looking for I apologise for any misunderstanding, the explanation you gave is sufficient as to answer all my query
