What do Sunni Ulema say with regards to Hassan al-Bana, i'm aware that Shaykh Ibrahim al-Yaqoubi wasn't too fond of him (the details of which i don't know). Was this political because from everything i've read about him he was Sunni, he had given bay'a in the Hasafiyyah Tariqah which is a branch of the Shadhili Tareeqah, he studied to a fairly decent level before he founded the Muslim Brotherhood in colonial Egypt. In his biography, they also mention that his bedside reading was Ihya Ulum ul-Deen, the movement became radical after he had passed away largely because of Sayyid Qutb.
