He peace be upon him was neither tall nor short. He was medium sized. His blessed hair was not short or curly, neither was it long, it was in between. His blessed face was not narrow, neither was it fully round, but there was a roundness to it. His blessed skin was white and his blessed eyes were black. He had long eyelashes. His blessed back and shoulders were big and strong. He had no body hair except in the middle of his chest. When he walked, he walked inclined, as if descending a slope. When he looked at someone, he looked at them full in the face. Between his blessed shoulders was the seal of prophecy, the sign that he was the last of the prophets. This is one description narrated from hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) in a book a family member has, the one you posted seems the same to me but I'm not a expert in Arabic but I'm sure other more knowledgeable brothers than myself will be able to correct any mistakes.
