we have to be clear here though, because we are straighforward, and sincere, and have nothing to hide, scheme, or cook. Imam Asim, as brother Kattarsunni has verified is pure Sunni. However, we have evidence that TJ Winters has non-sunni aqeeda, for example, he believes that jews and christians can get the Shifa'a promised on the Day of Judgement for Muslims only. He also has many other non-Sunni deviances all pointed out and available in the archives here. Enough has been said on this issue on Sunniport in the past. If there is a something being hidden being done in this thread of tit-for-tat replies, it is enough once again to point out that most people can easily see it and know whats going on. As brother Kattarsunni said, Imam Asim is free to work with whoever he wants to individually, be they pure Sunnis or be they Ahl al bid'ah. Also brother Little Shaam, can you please introduce yourself.

Wadood and Kattar Sunni I am humbled by your comments. Please do excuse my comments but i was just pointing out the works and efforts by Imam Asim (May Allah preserve him). He is setting a great example from the youth in working with all muslim scholars and teachers in reaching out to those in need in our communities. May Allah give him tawfiq to unite the muslims under the banner of Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamah.

Assalam I got a little confused as I was sure I saw a poster in a local mosque advertising an Imam Asim event at Bradford College on the same day from 1.30 till 4pm. I googled it and yes they are on the same day. The locations should be very close to each other if I'm not mistaken. Perhaps a minute or two walking distance from each other? Sunni Movements will happily invite all UK based teachers and public speakers who endorse pure Sunni aquida. If the Ulama happen to attend events with other groups and people that is their own choice, as they have made their positions on aquida very clear. The problem is when people hide their aquidah or speak on issues they have no knowledge of.
