A brother (Zaid) had a dream and I am finding it difficult to find literature on it specifically, I am hoping some learned can interpret it or provide some material (book names...etc) On the morning of the day Shaykh al-Ya'qoubi attended, he had a dream where he saw Shaykh al-Ya'qoubi and Shaykh al-Ninowy. He whispered to someone that Ninowy was a Rafidhi (just a dream don't get excited please!). Shaykh Ya'qoubi lead Dhikr and gave everyone some sort of a peg but told Zaid he didn't need one. After the Dhikr, Shaykh al-Ya'qoubi went to an upstairs room with Zaid and made Zaid lie down with Zaid's head on Shaykh al-Ya'qoubi's lap. Then Shaykh al-Ya'qoubi massaged his head with oil, when they finished they sat together and the Shaykh narrated a hadith which began with: "Ala Unabbi'ukum..." --------------------------------- Now I have read Oil signifies knowledge. I also read drinking Oil signifies magic. Someone please advice on the above. Thank you.
