   what if someone says rasulAllah sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam is from the 'awam [general populace] and there are some who are from the ahl al-fahm [people of discerning]? [meaning rasulAllah sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam is not from ahl al-fahm].
   
   can someone give me a concise ruling for such a person who says and believes this?
