Of course we are not limiting to just the Ulama and Awliya of Shaam; Hind, Africa, Khorasan and Asia are all full of Awliya and many if which adhere to both opinions, in terms of ruling I believe it is according to the Ulama' and thier Ijtihad and they will be rewarded either one or twice the reward. May Allah ﷻ give us the Tawfeeq to Properly adopt and be stern on the Sunnah of Sayyidul Kawnain ﷺ آمین بجاه شفیع المذنبین ﷺ
There's a difference of opinion, the main point is MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT WITH THE IMAMAH SHAREEF. You see the greatest Scholars in the Ummah in Sham Shareef some of whom are the Abdaal wearing the Imamah where the hat is clearly showing. In fact many of the Scholars from the Arab world including Sham Shareef wear the Imamah where the hat clearly shows. Will anyone dare to say they are wrong? Will anyone have the guts to challenge the knowledge and integrity of the likes of Shaykh Shukri Al Luhafi, Shaykh Ahmad Habbal, Shaykh Abdur Rahman As Shaghouri, Shaykh Ibrahim Al Yaqoubi (may Allah have Mercy on Their Souls), et al?? They were the ELECT of the world in their time and this was their practice so stop worrying.
Salaam Brothers. On seekers path a question has been posed by Allama Shabbir Sialvi regarding Itijaar and the Imamah E Muqadassa. Mufti Shams Ul Huda Misbahi answers by saying the Karahat/dislikness is when the Imamah Sharif is tied without a hat underneath. He says this is classed as Itijaar. However Mufti Shams Ul Huda says that if the Imamah is tied with the hat being seen it is totally allowed and permissible. However i have come across a few posts by Shaykh Qasim Qadri Ridwi in which they say that Mufti Waqaruddin Chishti راضي الله عنه says Itijaar has occured even if the hat is worn but can be seen. This shows some contradiction. Can Abu Hassan or anyone explain please.
