I am talking about Hanafis. Most of them are using their lunch time to pray Juma before zawaal time, when they can easily pray juma at a later time, by postponing thier lunch an hour ahead. There are clearly ways around this problem, and most of them seem to ignore this. I saw this in companies as Google, Cisco, microsoft etc

The salafi mosque MCA holds a second juma at the correct time, but most of them seem to attend the first juma at the wrong time. It is very clear that they are abusing this issue as many bring their children too to the masjid, while others stay long to pray their sunnahs etc.

  2. Ayyuahas-Saadat... Please correct me if I am wrong but I faintly remember that it was allowed in the (non-salafi) Hanbali Madhhab...

If that is the case, it would be valid if they did not invalidate their Salah's as per the conditions of the Habali Madhhab...

I tried telling many of the professional south asians, but they all seemed to ignore me. They called me 'strict'

I prayed the jum'a prayer in a rented hall on the Sunnyvale border in South Bay, to the west of San Jose, with a mostly south asian gathering. And this was after the Zuhur time entered; at 1:30 pm.

    don't know. ask them.

in the US, you are still to pray jum'a for today; so go tell them!

do all 4 fiqhs say a condition for jum'a is to pray in zuhr time?

    assalamu 'alaykum

I was horrified when I saw a mostly south asian population praying juma salah before the time of zawal in the salafi MCA South Bay in Santa Clara.

They were all praying according to Hanafi fiqh, but dont they know they are not supposed to praye Juma before the zuhur time!
