Just read a ost of Atabek claiming the Prophets being alive is Mutawatir? I do believe they are alive but to say its Mutawatir according to Ahlus Sunnah? Do you have info about it? At best Mashur bil Ma'na, but if one denies this on ijtihad should be khati. Not Kafir. Because the texts are edible for interpretation. Next a very weird fatwa that in the UK you can eat untill sunrise? Atabek claimed this, on his own idjtihad. I mean there is a consensus that fadjr is present but pinpointing it is difficult. But to state you can eat untill sunrise is to abograte Fajdr itself.

all you need to do is study all the relevant portions in books of kalam, fiqh (about qaDa etc.) rasm al-mufti and of course and of course, the "use-cases" illustrations abound in books of fatawa. specifically, you can peruse the "book of apostasy" "about apostates" riddah, murtaddeen, etc. in fiqh books. try fatawa tatarkhaniyah, fatawa qaDi khan, fatawa khayriyyah, fatawa bazzaziyyah and of course, fatawa riDawiyyah. radd al-muHtar has a lengthy discussion, so also in his tanbih al-wulat. haytami in his al-iylam bi qawaTiy al-islam. and other books of alfaz al-kufr. this has four such books in one volume: http://www.archive.org/download/gakgak/gak.pdf --- i have also noted some other works in TKM. wa billahi't tawfiq.
