Jazakallahu khair Sidi for highlighting the books by A'la Hazrat. Currently I'm trying to finish al-Dawlah al-Makkiyyah, which I got from Hakikat Kitabevi, Turkey, which is a very good book indeed.

    1. Ajallā al-Iýlām anna’l Fatwā Muţlaqan álā Qawl al-Imām
or Ajlā al-Iýlām anna’l Fatwā Muţlaqan álā Qawl al-Imām
Title in English: An important declaration that fatwa should always be given according to Imam Abu Hanifah’s opinion.
    or
An radiant declaration that fatwa should always be given according to Imam Abu Hanifah’s opinion.

Language: Arabic (original) and translated urdu.

    Pages: 84 .

    Subject: Usūl al-Fiqh, Rasm al-Muftī.

    Description:
It is said in Baĥr al-Rāyiq quoting the correction of Sirājiyyah that ‘the fatwa is always given according to Abū Ĥanifah’s opinion’ and the correction of Al-Ĥāwī al-Qudsī that ‘..if the Imām’s opinion is on one side and the two companions [Abū Yūsuf and Muhammad] on the other, the muftī can choose that which he understands [or considers] better.’ He continues: ‘I did not understand how our masters [mashāyikh] permitted to issue a ruling opposing our imam, and this bothered me for a long time and I did not understand it until now. The clarification is: Because the Imam said so himself that “it is not permitted to quote our fatwa, until they understand our evidence” these scholars did not comprehend his evidence, therefore they chose the ruling of others.’

He then states that Ibn Humām criticised earlier masters [mashayikh] in his Fat’h al-Qadīr for giving fatawa opposed to that of our Imām saying that it is not permissible for us or muftis in our time to take such liberties. AlaHazrat expounds on this matter strengthening the argument that the fatwa is always given in accordance with Imam Abū Ĥanīfah’s opinon.
