Shaykh Muhammad Afzal al Qadri his student granted me permission to recite it for the removal of every problem and anguish. "Bismillah ir Rahmaan ir Raheem ya Shafeequ Ya Rafeequ najini min kulli deeq" one hundred times after the maghrib prayer, recite salawaat and salaam eleven times and the beginning and the end.
