the preface of 'allama ghulam rasul sa'eedi's maqalat e sa'eedi is a great introduction to qur'anic sciences. i saw it a long time ago but remember the definitions and examples of the nusus, i.e. dalalat, iqtida, ibarat, ishara. i can get hold of the book and will try to upload this preface. the edition i saw is actually very old, perhaps over 20 years.
