JTI need to stop supporting Irfan Shah and allowing Liaqat (orange hat) to support Tahir ul. I wonder where all the ulama of the UK have gone?

MashA llah! That video from 1978 is inspiring, never have seen it before; watching a respected Sunni Pir working night shifts to make a living and fulfilling his deen is eye opening. The part where Shah Saab returns to work straight after praying is the bit that got me. Takes a lot of strength, travelling to a new country, watching people of your own culture commit haram acts and then implementing religious teachings they seemed to have 'forgotten' when travelling to new lands. Must of been a struggle - many respects to Pir saab to endure the hardship and prevail. Now in present day, it seems like our youth are turning away from Islamic teachings, seems like with every new generation there needs to be greater struggle to provide and support true Sunni aqeeda. Its going to be and uphill battle. Found an old picture I think from the 1970's of Shah Saab with Allama Qamaruzzaman Azim.
MashAllah, great man who has worked to promote and distinguish the Ahlu's Sunnah from the misguided groups. One of the many moments I'm proud to have with him is when I went to Baghdad Shareef with Pir Sahib in 2013. A blessed time of my life indeed. As for the Ahlu's Sunnah within the UK, much respect should also go to his elder brother and murshid, Pir Syed Abul Kalam Barq Shah sahib, may Almighty Allah grant him Jannah, as I personally believe that being the Grand Shaykh for the Naushahi's at the time and a name which deserves just as much respect as Pir Syed Mahroof Hussain Shah - however seems lost within the history books when it comes to the Ahlu's Sunnah development within the UK.
I salute Pir Maroof Husayn Naushahi of Bradford. He made a vast monetary contribution to the Raza Foundation edition of Fatawa Ridawiyyah that Mufti Abdul Qayyum Hazarwi worked on and now, he's made a huge financial donation towards the new 22 volume edition. THIS is what Sunni pirs should be doing. He's a tireless worker of Ahlu's Sunnah in our lands since the 1960's and pioneered the way for us. Never met him...
