The fatwa isn't given based on what people like or dislike, it's based on what they believe to be true. Obviously, if someone believes it's haram to give organs, it's haram for him to use it also. 2. I've heard there's a difference of opinion on organ donation but I'm not sure, someone else can correct me.
I have heard from my father that its haram to donate organ and blood but isnt it hypocrite thing that we go to hospital we take blood and organs when we need but our scholars keeps its ruling as haram ?
