As-salamu 'alaykum Well, according to Imam of Ahl as-Sunnat, Alahadrat, the Reviser of Faith Imam Ahmad Rida Khan ('alayhi rahmatu al-rahman) it is jaiz to recite from a mushaf when there is a genuine need of that (ex no huffaz available). This is just something I read myself in the newly printed Jadd al-Mumtar 'ala Radd al-Muhtar (arabic). So, before starting giving any fatwas the text should be discussed with a reliable scholar/mufti.
