The Prophet (Peace and Blessings be upon him) said: If you really love me, then prepare for poverty quickly
daulat-e-bedaar is a phrase in itself meaning 'great fortune' just like one says bedaar-bakht: or jaagi-qismat. --- that is the great fortune of the love of Mustafa SallAllahu alayhi wa sallam - let it be with me. because, a man will be with those whom he loves. Allah ta'ala knows best.
"bedaar" is the adjective for "daulat". and Ala Hazrat is using the opposite of slumber here, that is being fully awake, cognizant. No, because the treasure during the life was never "lost". Neither at the time of death, nor at the time of questioning in the grave, nor during the barzakh.
what does this phrase mean? is "bedaar" an adjective for "daulat" or does it refer to "life" in juxtaposition to "khwab" which is an euphemism for death? I mean, can the phrase mean, "the treasure which was mine whilst I lived"?
