Have you heard about an opinion of 12 degrees for fajr and isha? Have any of our Ulama in their fatawa stated that Isha time according to the sahibayn (shafaq ahmar) is during 12 degrees? I checked briefly the Fatawa of Mufti Amjad Ali, Alahazrat, Fatawa Na'imiyya, Fatawa Muhaddith Azam, etc. but I did not see the mas'ala present there.... I am trying to research this issue so if you have any references that shafaq ahmar has been linked to an ammount of degrees I would be very grateful.
