He's speaking from his perspective as a kafir, but the info about water itself is quite nice. We say stuff like some people behave in a certain way coz it's in the water of that place, or if someone goes to a new place, we talk about the change in water, and so on. As Muslims, we read Surahs and awrad on water and drink it, write them with zafran and drink the water after washing it off, or drink water from bowls with Surahs etched inside them, or dip papers with Surahs or awrad written on them, in water, and drink it. Imagine the benefits for Muslims.
