Sad days when you see Dars-e-Nizami graduates who call Sunnis ignorant and jahil (even though these Sunnis don't associate with deobandis) cosy up with deobandis.
Good questions. There is a fatwa of Mufti-e-Azam-e-Hind radhi Allah anh that has the answers to these questions (or related). Can't recall at the moment where it is but will post if I find it in shaa Allah.
Couple of questions: 1. Is a jahil a layman? 2. Is a layman a person who has not studied the Dars e Nizami?
