    Who cares bro.

Seems like some UK Ulama (sunni) have adopted the Pakistani mantra 'Mera jism meri marzi'

It's more sheer arrogance. We are fulan Shaykh. We speak English. We know what we doing. 'Jahil' urdu speaking scholars have no right to interfere in our dealings because we have:
    1) awaken the ilmi culture in the UK
    2) have pointed out barelwi biddah
    3) are internationally acclaimed and recognized
    4) have called out naath culture etc etc etc

    And the list can continue.

Allah protect us from becoming egotistical and allow us to follow the path of our pious predecessors.

I don't like to mention this but I guess one can learn a lot from brother Asad alis case.

When good advice is given, then people must learn to accept it. Otherwise the repercussions could be severe.

    ما شاء الله.
2 Devs and Hijab, whatever he is. Wahabi, sulh, Taymiyyan, dunno.

The new UK sulh scene. Totally haram for Sunnis to join in.

  3. AbdalQadir

AbdalQadir time to move along! will check pm's.

don't worry! the super tanatan memo by Sunnis should be out very soon, that will gather all the world's Muslims attention towards us and people will queue up to endorse Hussamul Haramayn once they see our active involvement in pressing Muslim identity and faith issues like Palestine!

ps. i don't believe social justice activism or political activism is a worthwhile endeavor inasmuchas showing the colonial kafirs the mirror or taking any action is concerned. the home secretary is no fool, neither is piers morgan or the n number of colonial establishment mouthpieces in the msm, nor will anything change on ground by letters like these. however, i do believe it works on the front of our own gheirah as a millah.

Mohammed Nawaz Corrections are always welcomed with appreciation

The statement on the HT ban in the UK has been signed by various scholars, with Asrar Rashid being the sole Sunni scholar I've identified among the signatories.

  5. Come and see dr Fayyad Farooq. You can bring abu hasan or anyone else with you. You can discuss any matters of concern or objections directly.

Not the route dastaghir took. As he has been exposed and is incapable of discussing issues.

State your preferred time and venue? Or alternatively come to the sunniy centre any time at your convenience.

You are. Is Harari a Sunni according to you? Yes or no.

Excellent question. Why have Azmi sb, head of the World Islamic Mission (of which Pir Maroof was a cofounder), and Arshad Misbahi, a student of Pir Maroof, not spoken out against JTI’s actions? They are senior scholars and their word would carry more weight against these dodgy people in JTI than a younger scholar’s word. Or is everything left for Shaykh Asrar to do?

In Rabi’ Al-Awwal JTI had their Mawlid Julus posters stating that their program was “supported by the World Islamic Mission” (Suffa tul Islam was associated on the poster too). Azmi sb as the head, and/or other representatives of WIM, should have denounced them and clarified that WIM in fact do not support them due to their antics. But did they? No.

  8. Seems sheikh asrar has blocked you. Good on him.

Your questioning sheikh asrar with adab? Unfortunately you clearly lack adab and basic manners. You block people like a coward to silence them. Changed my user profile to ضال مضل خبسي خبيث. Even though I am not a habashi. Very child cult type behaviour.

Any issues should be discussed firstly in person. Then comment. Your doing what shahid did and will get put in place soon very soon.

I'll try to visit soon. Ringing is not possible at present.

But until I meet him, am I to ignore all the perceived wrongs? My point is, if I'm due to speak to him directly, let's say, in 30 days time; must I meanwhile not comment on anything he does in public even if I think it's harmful to Sunnis?

My point about speaking to him directly are for matters he's already clarified satisfactorily like prayer behind deviants.

    ---
Sunnis need to move past this blind following and cultism. I'm simply asking questions of Shaykh Asrar with adab. Have I disrespected him? Have I even said Sunnis should avoid him or he's unreliable, like I did with Yaqubi sahib? If we don't even allow genuine questions for public matters, things will go from bad to worse.

E.g. Irfan Shah is still at Westgate. Sunnis paid for those masjids for 60 years. How many ulama and people have loudly challenged this? Really, it's just been left to people like us and some want us to even stop doing that much.

One thing I don't understand (aimed at Aqdas) is you have said plenty of times before that people should ring Shaykh Asrar or go meet him in person... have you done this? I genuinely don't know. If you have what did he say? If you haven't why not?

  11. قال تعالى : فلا تقعد بعد الذكراى مع القوم الظالمين.

So you admit hijab is a sulhaa kul. So how is it permissable for sheikh asrar to accept and attend hijab's invitation's without out himself now being a sulhaa kul amalan?

As sheikh asrar already knew prior that hijab is a sulhaa kul. So why as a scholar did he attend even more so and cause harm to the religion and open the doors for layman(s) to accept sitting n the company of hijab and the likes because sheikh asrar did so?

    No worries.

Yes, Azmi sahib said two state. And lots of people on social media, including ulama have slated him.

The reason I haven't done so is because I'm aware many Palestinians themselves have resigned to this solution as the only consolation. For me, it isn't black and white.

Of course, in an ideal world, we want all of the land back. But I don't think it's fair to call it treachery or betrayal at this stage.

Moreover, it's a bit cheap for people, especially ulama, to bring this up as a response to me asking questions of Shaykh Asrar.

    Two state?

Bro, let Palestinians decide what's best for them. We can't say for or against.

Have you questioned qammmaruzzaman regarding this?

Or do you have double standards?
