The Inimitable Prophet ﷺ

Pre-eminence of the Belovedﷺ: Virtues unique to the Final Messenger ﷺ

    I had started writing this description with a mind to quote all of the verses from Al-Quran Al-Kareem which bespeak the grandeur of RasulAllah ﷺ but I soon realized the austerity of my estimation, for the Book of Allah táāla is replete with the praises of His beloved ﷺ. It is then that I remembered the following lines:

    Ya Nabi Ya Nabi mai jo kehta raha
    Noor se motiyon ki ladee ban gayee
    Aayaton se milata raha aayatein
    Phir jo dekha to naate Nabib ban gayee

    I kept chanting your hallowed name, O Prophet ﷺ
    And its radiance fashioned a lace of pearls
    One verse I kept stringing to another
    And lo, a hymn of your praise unfurls!

    So I contend myself with the following few:

    وَ مِنَ الَّیۡلِ فَتَہَجَّدْ بِہٖ نَافِلَۃً لَّکَ ٭ۖ عَسٰۤی اَنۡ یَّبْعَثَکَ رَبُّکَ مَقَامًا مَّحْمُوۡدًا

    فَلَا وَرَبِّکَ لَا یُؤْمِنُوۡنَ حَتّٰی یُحَکِّمُوۡکَ فِیۡمَا شَجَرَ بَیۡنَہُمْ ثُمَّ لَا یَجِدُوۡا فِیۡۤ اَنفُسِہِمْ حَرَجًا مِّمَّا قَضَیۡتَ وَیُسَلِّمُوۡا تَسْلِیۡمًا

    وَ اِنَّکَ لَعَلٰی خُلُقٍ عَظِیۡمٍ

    مَا کَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ اَبَاۤ اَحَدٍ مِّنۡ رِّجَالِکُمْ وَلٰکِنۡ رَّسُوۡلَ اللہِ وَ خَاتَمَ النَّبِیّٖنَ ؕ وَ کَانَ اللہُ بِکُلِّ شَیۡءٍ عَلِیۡمًا

    اَلنَّبِیُّ اَوْلٰی بِالْمُؤْمِنِیۡنَ مِنْ اَنۡفُسِہِمْ وَ اَزْوَاجُہٗۤ اُمَّہٰتُہُمْ

    یٰۤاَیُّہَا النَّبِیُّ اِنَّاۤ اَحْلَلْنَا لَکَ اَزْوٰجَکَ الّٰتِیۡۤ اٰتَیۡتَ اُجُوۡرَہُنَّ وَمَا مَلَکَتْ یَمِیۡنُکَ مِمَّاۤ اَفَآءَ اللہُ عَلَیۡکَ وَ بَنَاتِ عَمِّکَ وَ بَنَاتِ عَمّٰتِکَ وَ بَنَاتِ خَالِکَ وَ بَنَاتِ خٰلٰتِکَ الّٰتِیۡ ہَاجَرْنَ مَعَکَ ۫ وَ امْرَاَۃً مُّؤْمِنَۃً اِنۡ وَّہَبَتْ نَفْسَہَا لِلنَّبِیِّ اِنْ اَرَادَ النَّبِیُّ اَنۡ یَّسْتَنۡکِحَہَا ٭ خَالِصَۃً لَّکَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ الْمُؤْمِنِیۡنَ ؕ

    وَمَا یَنۡطِقُ عَنِ الْہَوٰی اِنْ ہُوَ اِلَّا وَحْیٌ یُّوۡحٰی عَلَّمَہٗ شَدِیۡدُ الْقُوٰی

    ثُمَّ دَنَا فَتَدَلّٰی     فَکَانَ قَابَ قَوْسَیۡنِ اَوْ اَدْنٰی فَاَوْحٰۤی اِلٰی عَبْدِہٖ مَاۤ اَوْحٰی

    مَا کَذَبَ الْفُؤَادُ مَا رَاٰی

    مَا زَاغَ الْبَصَرُ وَمَا طَغٰی     لَقَدْ رَاٰی مِنْ اٰیٰتِ رَبِّہِ الْکُبْرٰی

    فَلَمَّا نَبَّاَہَا بِہٖ قَالَتْ مَنْ اَنۡۢبَاَکَ ہٰذَا ؕ قَالَ نَبَّاَنِیَ الْعَلِیۡمُ الْخَبِیۡرُ

    وَ رَفَعْنَا لَکَ ذِکْرَکَ

    اِنَّاۤ اَعْطَیۡنٰکَ الْکَوْثَرَ اِنَّ شَانِئَکَ ہُوَ الْاَبْتَرُ​
