Yes, and from what ive heard, the brothers who dismissed him might just have to pay out.

so they've actually gone to court on an unfair dismissal case?

Last year (or possibly the year before) Safi Ahmed Ridawi was dismissed from his position as Imam from a masjid in Birmingham, Safi Ahmed (who studied and taught in Bareilly Shareef for a number of years) published a book in which blatant kuffriyaat were found (hulool and itihaad to name but a few).

The Aqtaab brothers are now representing him in court and claim that such beliefs are found within Islam and Safi Ahmed was dismissed for absolutely no reason.

I can confirm nearly everything inward has mentioned as I too was a mureed of the silsila.

Not to mention the free mixing of the genders throughout the site and within the mizaar.

those are heavy words by Inwardreflection and the members should take them seriously.

it takes one outside of Islam to say something false and say "Allah is my witness" for Allah is not a witness over falsehood and such a statement essentially attributes Allah with supporting falsehood, wal 3eyadhubillah. likewise if someone says "if i have lied, then i am a kafir" and the statement he made was indeed a lie, then the person has become kafir and needs to re-enter Islam.

it is a major sin to take a false oath by Allah because then the person is only lying on his own behalf albeit on oath, but not attributing Allah to be a witness over falsehood or supporting it.

i don't live in the uk to know so much details about the mentioned personalities, but i am not doubting the brother's/sister's comments as the little i have seen on youtube/net of faiz ul aqtab and his con-merchantry, indeed testifies to the claims.

  8. As a former member of this Silsila, having spent over a decade in their inner circle, I eventually left. Alhamdulillah Allah saved me from their manipulation, dishonesty and love for money. Some important information should be shared to protect the Ummah from them which is my obligation.

    1) You may see Faiz wearing a gold rolex (for women, not sure he knows its a women's model!!)- this is not gold plated or fake. It is real gold and he freely admits to wearing a real gold watch despite the Ijma on the subject.
    2) Noor who is a solicitor is on file for being rebuked by the courts for using client funds without their permission to purchase properties for Faiz. It was published a few years back in a local newspaper.
    3) Tauqir and Faiz both ran a property investment project, took huge amounts of money from mureeds and tried to swindle their way out of providing purchasers with either the money owed after the project hit lots of roadblocks (all their own negligence) or the properties that were bought. The matter was decided in court and they were forced to pay back the funds.
    4) The mureeds who were manipulated during this investment encountered numerous lies
    5) Tauqir openly admitted to using black magic on one particular occasion during a phone conversation

There are other observations but the above is enough of a warning. You may not take my word for it or you may challenge me but Allah is sufficient as my witness.

in the first one, at least he makes a good effort to recite the verses of the Burdah. wish he worked on his tajweed before anything else.

In the second video posted by Ghulam, Pir saab says (from 21min on) :

"he who does not have a murshid, he who does not give bay'ah and has a murshid...
Prophet ﷺ said his murshid is shaytan.
his guide will be shaytan, until he gives bay`ah..."

Hazrat Sahib's interview. They talk about pardah, and say they can answer any question and there is no question they do not have a answer for.

Hazrat Sahib on tasawwuf and wahabbis at the end

    she wasn't. her store was.

    with the wahabis on the one hand and the likes of the supposed 'Sunnis' pictured above on the other hand, sincere Sunni Muslims really are stuck between a rock and a hard place;

“You will certainly follow the ways of those who came before you hand span by hand span, cubit by cubit, to the extent that if they enter the hole of a lizard, you will enter it too.’ We said, ‘O Messenger of Allaah, (do you mean) the Jews and the Christians?’ He said: ‘Who else?’” [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim] (copied from here)

one sect knowingly or unknowingly follows them in their tajsim and/or tashbeeh and/or decadent over commercialized lifestyle, the other loves to call their christian priests as their holy fathers and brothers!

notwithstanding the atrocities of the shias.

anyway, as the article says, i don't see what the fuss is all about. it's not something new. those malls are owned by filthy rich princes and their businessmen friends who are enemies of let alone Islam, even basic human decency, and they already present other brands like versace (named after its proud gay owner), christian dior and so many more.

their and their puppets' daleels are - 'the Prophet, sal Allahu 3alaihi wa sallam, conducted business transactions even with the jews of Madinah who were a routine nuisance for both his blessed self and the Muslims of Madinah, we're only bringing in merchandise and trading fairly, it's not like we're asking western supermodels to walk up the ramp in the holy cities'

maybe a fair point when seen from a certain perspective, but then considering many other factors like world politics and promotion of Muslim businesses and helping the average Muslim shop owner etc., it may be another issue.

as for the destruction of the holy sites, their daleel (which needs archaeological and historical verification by those who know better) is something like - 'they're only being swallowed by the holy mosque precincts themselves, and being made into overall larger mosques for the benefit of the pilgrims. in any case, the sites as people knew them before we (i.e., they) started our expansion are themselves restored from the Ottoman era and not exactly in THE original shape they were in the Prophet's own times.'

It might be an exaggeration, but wasn't Paris Hilton in Makkah Mukarramah recently to launch her new store? For the sheikhs and their filthy rich kids who have known fondness for tipple, I won't be surprised if there are private bars in the holy cities.

I don't see it as a coincidence that these kind of 'scholars' always mingle with each other. One is a coincidence. Every time and everyone together is something more serious, organized and planned.

Faqih e Millat facts or fiction?

He says Saudis took 120,000 prostitutes to the blessed land along with 900,000 barrels of beer. Also he says that there are bars in Makkah Shareef and Madinah Shareef. Gives no proof to where he got that info

Reminds me of a program called 'Jackanory' which comes on childrens tv where an adult tells a fabricated story and adds bits in to make it more interesting for the children.
